In compliance with the relevant laws, rules, and directives, the Petroleum Refinery Company aims to improve its services through suggestions to the level where service recipients are satisfied.
Every complaint is addressed with the strict confidentiality.
The complaints and suggestions reception office has been equipped with advanced communication devices and a (CALL CENTER) system, allowing citizens and clients to call the office 24 hours a day, seven days per week, on the channels designated for complaints and suggestions as follows:
Through the system, complainants are informed of the results and corrective action taken on their complaints.
