 Valid career license for the transfer and distribution of liquefied gas – from the municipality

 Subscription in the Association

 Proof of identity – Family Book/valid passport/ID.

 A certified copy of the licenses issued by the regulatory body/ for the owned and leased buildings (a plan of the office site and borders) and a certified copy of the title deeds or lease contract of the office or warehouse

 Certified copy of the vehicle licenses/ which will be used for gas cylinders distribution

 Merchant Certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Trade Chamber, in which the nature of work must be specified

 Judicial guarantee of (2000JD) for the order of JPRC as a guarantee for him (distributor) and his employees, and as an implementation of the agreement concluded between the Company and Mr. …………../Messrs. ………………

 Certificate of No Criminal Record issued by the Court of First Instance located in the region of distribution

 A certificate issued by the Civil Defense Department to the effect that the second party had passed a course on the public safety, extinguishing and how to deal with gas cylinders.

 Approval from the Civil Defense Department

 To purchase (   ) new cylinders and pay for them in cash (quantity to be specified according to the region of distribution)

A certified certificate from the Administrative Governor to the effect that the potential distributor is a resident of the region.
