The Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company has warned against advertisements frequently promoted on social media platforms about new jobs in the company.
In a statement issued today, the company stressed that it had not announced the availability of any new job vacancies.
The company pointed out that any new job vacancies are announced through the company's website and the company's official pages documented through social media, in addition to the daily newspapers.
The company warned against complying with these and other misleading advertisements, especially since some of them included the identification of certain websites to submit applications for the alleged jobs and through which payments may be requested, which constitutes fraud and deceives job seekers.
